Returns & Exchanges

At bodi, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
